Change of Mind

You may cancel an order within 12 hours after you have placed it. You can also contact our support team via email at support@raisingnoahbabystore.com within 12 hours if you want to change the size or variants before we process your order. 

For any of the cases above, please send our team an e-mail with the title “ORDER UPDATE REQUEST”. Please make sure the e-mail has left your outbox, as any change request after 12 hours of purchase will not be accepted.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Kindly note as per below that you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you should first contact us at  support@raisingnoahbabystore.com. Items sent back to us without requesting a return and its approval will not be accepted.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as applicable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You can refer to the shipment timelines described on Shipping & Delivery section as a guidance.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it up to you.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Raising Noah Baby Store accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
